Change in Strategy

Let's say that the program has been working fine, but company decides to add a new fare--senior citizens (those 65 and over) will pay 75% of full fare. The fare structure now looks like this:

1. Children under 12 fly free.
2. Individuals from 12 to 23 fly at student rate, 70% of full fare.
3. Adults 24 through 64 pay full fare.
4. Seniors 65 and older pay 75% of full fare.
